Staff Functions

​Staff functions support the business and is responsible for Governance, Finance, HR and IT/Digitalization. We are located both in Stockholm and Luleå and have close cooperation with the business.

​Focus areas:

  • Develop and clarify governance and documentation of Hybrit's business
  • Ensure good quality and analysis of financial reporting and planning of the financial activities
  • Ensure a good and effective personnel policy and develop and support leadership and employees to create and strengthen the organization's culture, attractiveness and development
  • Ensure a high level of information security and take advantage of the opportunities of digitalization in Hybrit
  • Develop and improve Hybrit's internal processes and support systems for efficient administration and satisfied end users/personnel 

    About Hybrit Development AB

    In 2016, SSAB, LKAB and Vattenfall started the HYBRIT® initiative (Hydrogen Breakthrough Ironmaking Technology) with the aim of creating a completely fossil-free value chain from mine to fossil-free steel, with fossil-free pellets, fossil-free electricity and hydrogen.

    The HYBRIT® technology, validated and optimized over several years of development with very promising results, will now be used and further developed in industrial applications on a larger scale.
