HR & Admin is a corporate function with the main purpose to ensure a good and effective staffing policy as well as making sure that Hybrit has the systems and processes necessary to support the core business on these matters.
The focus areas of the function:
- To create, develop and maintain the necessary HR services and basic functions for a working business.
- To develop and support employees and leaders to create and strengthen the culture, attractivity and development of the organization as well as administration and processes focusing on HR activities.
- Ensuring that Hybrit aims for ongoing improvement and development of HR that is scientifically based and uses experience-based knowledge and methods.
